Amafh.com members may delete and/or change the information concerning
them in the system at any time they want. Amafh is not responsible for
the content of the information that the members have broadcasted on
Amafh.com.
Amafh.com may leave Cookies on the Site Users' computers in order to
get to know them, to enrich the site, to develop marketing strategies
and to make the system easier to use.
Amafh.com does not provide services to those who are legally underage
and because it cannot control the age of the users, the Privacy Policy
and the Terms of Use apply to all Site Users. Hence, Amafh.com cannot
be held responsible for any harm that is caused by children using the
system and providing information for the system. When any personal
information is entered into the system without a parent's permission,
the parent should contact Amafh.com.
The information that the Amafh.com's member companies provide will be
broadcasted on the site in the format so as to be accessible by
members who have membership rights. The members of Amafh.com are
considered as having accepted that the information they have provided
the system during REGISTRATION will be broadcasted so as to be
accessible by every member.
Amafh.com may contact its members using email, fax, telephone, post
address etc. or any other possible means that they have provided in
order to inform them, warn them and for polls, news about products,
new services and product offers or anything that concerns the site.
The demographics and the statistical information concerning Amafh.com
members may be used for promotional and advertorial purposes.
Amafh.com does not sell, hire or commercialize any kind of personal
information received from its members. Information entered into the
system may be employed in the investigation of problems, settling of
disagreements and execution of agreements. In this manner, Amafh.com
holds its rights to share the information of members that violate
legal norms and/or are discovered to cause detriment on Amafh.com or
its members with related authorities and assist in the execution of
any judicial actions necessary.
Amafh.com provides links to other websites but has no responsibility
whatsoever on their contents and privacy policies.
Members can cancel their memberships and remove all of their
information from the system any time they desire. If the cancellation
takes place within 15 days after the approval of the membership,
Amafh.com refunds the payment it has received.
